Left earphone with very low sound

Hello, I was listening to music on a Samsung Galaxy S4 with headphones, and suddenly the sound from the left headphone became very low. I don’t know how to make the volume normal like that of the right headphone. Thank you for providing me with information on how to fix it. Thank you.

    • Have you tried the headphones on another computer or phone? Does the problem persist?


    If the problem persists no matter where you plug in your headphones, it's probably a cable that has become detached, unsoldered, or something similar... all that's left is to try to claim the warranty or replace them.
