Hello,
I ordered a graphic tablet from the XP Pen website on Monday, September 23. The delivery was supposed to take place within 3 to 10 days, so it was handled by DHL Express. I purchased from the UK site.
The site sent me the shipping number, and I was able to go on DHL to check the tracking.
Problem: It has been almost a week since Thursday, the 26th, that my package has been stuck on "shipping information received," which means that the package has not yet been sent and is still in England. However, the XP Pen site claims to have shipped the package from that same day.
I sent an email to XP Pen to find out more, but I still have not received a response. Help!

Hello.....
It is the site responsible for shipping that is the one placing the order with the carrier, so if there is any complaint, it is up to them to make it....

Okay, but I paid to receive the package within a maximum of 10 days, which is tomorrow, so I would like to know what I can do to get more information.

Only the ordering party, that is to say the site from which you made your order, can take action... since contractually it is them you pay for a "fast" service that they entrust to a service provider: the carrier... and to whom they must turn if the service is not provided according to the terms of the contract...
