Amazon is asking me for my billing statement. What is it?

Hello,
My Amazon account is locked:
“Dear Customer,
A problem occurred while confirming your payment information. To prevent any misuse of your payment card, we have put your orders on hold and locked your account. You will not be able to place orders until we have verified your information.
To resolve this issue, we need to verify a recent statement from your MasterCard ending in 07. To upload your statement on our secure document portal, please log in to your amazon.fr account on a browser and follow the instructions.
The following information must appear clearly on the statement:
– Your name and billing address
– The last 4 digits of the card number For your protection, please ensure that only the last 4 digits are displayed.”
I do not understand what file I need to provide, this so-called billing statement, or how to obtain it.

You are asked for a document from your bank showing the transactions made with your credit card.
You blur all the lines concerning your bank transactions, leaving only your address, your bank's address, and the number of your card after blurring the number except for the last 4 digits.
Across the page, you add in transparent red the inscription "justification for exclusive use by Amazon."
To do this, scan your credit card statement, blur the areas, and add the text across it using an image editing software like Gimp, Photoshop, or Photofiltre... Save as PDF or JPG and send as an attachment...
