Amazon billing statement. Account locked!!

Hi, following an "unusual amount" order on Amazon, my account is blocked and I can't unlock it! They are asking for a billing statement with my name, address, and the last four digits of my credit card. I've already sent a bank statement (hiding some confidential information) but it's not acceptable to them because the last four digits of the credit card are not on that statement, and there is no document from the bank with this information. I call them but I think I'm bothering them more than anything else. Do you know what I could send? Thanks.

Hello everyone.
I'm done with Amazon. My account is blocked due to an unusual purchase. My bank doesn't provide this transaction statement. Many banks in France don't do that. So what to do? I provided a statement from PayPal. It shows: my email, my shipping address, the last four digits of my credit card, basically everything they ask for.
And the next day I get a response saying the verification is not sufficient and that the account remains blocked. I specify that the initial purchase is indeed mine and amounts to €11!!!!
Nothing to do! On the phone, you reach a standard somewhere across the world who can only forward to the relevant department and nothing more. No one calls you back, and you receive the same automatic email saying your account is blocked and that you need to send documents for verification... Blah blah blah.
I've tried everything. Even trying to create a new account but they block it immediately.
The most ironic thing is that my wife's account, which works with the same card from the same bank, works perfectly.
That being said, out of principle, I will no longer order from them. I will go directly to Cdiscount, eBay, manomano, and the others.
Here's the risk of hyper-automation of services: when things go wrong, there is never anything in place to break the vicious circle.

    It may depend on the banks, but at the ATM you should be able to request your current card and in that case the card number will be displayed along with the latest transactions...
    If not, your bank's counter should be able to provide it to you...

  Yes, when I log into my Amazon account, it clearly states that it is blocked and that they are reviewing the documents I sent. I have already called them multiple times, but I think the agents don't really know; apparently, they are not in contact with the account specialists, and the managers are never available. Do you know what kind of billing statement I could send that shows my name, my address, and the last four digits of my credit card? Because I can't find anything. All their issues are starting to annoy me; I'm doing everything I can to unlock this account, otherwise, I'll lose my PS5 pre-order!

  A solution here, if you wait more than 7 days without providing this document, your order will be automatically canceled without any action, it's simpler then to redo a new order after this delay, and for the requested document, you would need to check that with your bank (more on...).
  
  If your payment method cannot be verified, the operation will not be completed and you will not be charged. If you have placed an order and your payment method requires verification, the order will be on hold for verification for a period of time as indicated in your notifications. If the payment is not verified within this time frame, the order will be automatically canceled within 7 days following the notification email. If you still wish to purchase content, you will need to place a new order.

Here is exactly what they are asking of me:

Dear customer,

Thank you for your response. We are unable to verify that you are the owner of the Visa ending in ****.

Please reply to this message and attach a recent billing statement for this payment card. Ensure that the following items are visible:

- >>>Only the last four digits of the card <<<< For security reasons, do not include the full card numbers.
- The name and billing address.
- If included in your billing statement, please also include the phone number.

If you do not provide us with this information, we may close your Amazon account for security reasons. You should receive a response from us within 24 hours of sending your email.

Hello everyone ....

Why not make a photocopy of your credit card Front while hiding the numbers preceding the last 4 digits, and that way Amazon will have what it wants (the last 4 digits)

  Hello, I already tried an Amazon agent who certified that it would work so I contacted them with my bank statement leaving only the last digits of the card, but that didn't suit them! Thank you for your help, I'm still looking. Actually, on some statements, the card number is specified for each transaction, but on mine, it only says "card" without the number.

I read this today and I do not agree with it. Indeed, I placed an order on Amazon for the second time in my life on March 7, 2021, and the charge was made to my bank account immediately, which did not prevent Amazon from blocking my account plus an automatic subscription to Amazon Prime that I do not want, and the delivery information was not respected. It was very difficult to reach them except by phone, where they claimed not to understand what I was saying. I speak French very well since I have always been French and still live in France. No solution was provided to me; they want my bank statement with all my personal information on it, as well as a list of my last purchases made with them. The first purchase dates back several years, and I am sure that the law does not allow them to request such a document for this type of transaction. Being a professional myself, I do not have the authority to request this document except in the case of financing being established by a credit organization (which is often practiced by door-to-door sales agencies), but a simple merchant should not have easy access to this information.
