Hello,
Using Microsoft Word's Mail Merge tool, I would like to know if there is a way to use the "Find and Replace" tool to search for a word in a long Word document and replace that word with a merge field.
For example, if I need to Find and Replace the word "Service" with a merge field "Service" (the mail merge fields are represented as such in Word), but unfortunately that does not work.
Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 70.0

Hello,
Start by inserting your merge field and display the code (Alt+F9). Select it and copy it.
Then in the Find and Replace dialog box:
- in the search box, type the word ("service" in your example)
- in the replace box, type ^c
Click Replace All.
