Hello :)
I'm not sure if my request can be fulfilled, but I'm giving it a try anyway.
I have a table with many rows and a few columns. In each cell there is a merge field (except the last column).
When activating the preview, I would like the entire row to be deleted if the merge fields in that row are empty (no data).
The file takes up a lot of space, and some entries don't need it.
The Word file: https://www.cjoint.com/c/EFjikKQaRhF
The source file: https://www.cjoint.com/c/EFjilDFnG1F
Thank you very much in advance for your help! :)
P.S.: If there is a solution, please explain how you did it ;)
Configuration: Windows 7 (64 bits)
Google Chrome 37
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU
2.4GHz
Memory 4.00 GB

Best regards,

P.S.: I monitor all my unresolved topics, so if you have a solution, I will definitely read it :)

Hello
First of all, I don't really see the point of mail merge for something that can be done simply in Excel.
But since you insist, unless I misunderstood your problem, you just need to make the selection from Word...
Mailings tab, Edit recipient list => Filter

The problem is that some associations use multiple halls, while others use only one. This results in empty rows in the table (in the Excel file).
Example:
Association A uses 3 halls. For each hall, I have 7 available days. In the case where the hall is used every day. For each day, I have one time slot. This association fully utilizes these three halls. So:
3 halls x 7 days x 1 slot = 21 table rows
Association B uses 1 hall. But only two days (let's say Tuesday and Thursday). So:
1 hall x 2 days x 1 slot = 2 table rows
In the end, in the mail merge file for Association B, 19 table rows will be blank. It is these blank table rows that I would like to delete.
I hope I have been clear. If not, it means my request is not aligned with my wishes.
Thank you again for your help ^^
