Hello, one year ago I purchased the Avast antivirus for 25.08 euros, today, through Digital River Ireland, Ltd., Avast automatically charged me 79.99 euros. I think this is illegal, but how can I get rid of this for good? I went to the website after struggling to verify my identity, "we will send your password number by email" but I didn't receive anything. That's why I am seeking your help to find out what to do. Hello and thank you for responding. To be honest, I don't remember. I know that I subscribed for 25.08 euros and since I already have Kaspersky on another device, which keeps asking me if I want to continue, I haven't looked into it.

Being in a situation similar to that of chird 24, your response - which is not really a response since you immediately question the legitimacy of the approach - adds nothing, so what's the point?! To whom should we address ourselves (address, phone number - the contact only speaks English!), procedures, etc)? considering that it is as easy to reach a contact as it is to swim across the Atlantic!
