Big TV problems

Hello,

I just bought a Qilive TV and I'm very happy because it was on sale. We set it up, the internet works fine, but the seller told us that by connecting to our box's Wi-Fi we could have the same channels. However, we can't figure out how to do that and it's impossible to install SFR TV or Molotov TV, so having a TV that we can't watch is quite frustrating.

It's a Qilive LED TV Q32-822, so if anyone knows how to get it to work, that would be really great.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 76.0.3809.132

Hello,
Several things
When it comes to apps, manufacturers and broadcasters do what they want; personally, I have a LG, at first I had an Orange app that gave access to plenty of radio stations, app removed without warning during an update, on replay, I had pluzz and Arte +7, also gone, as for MyTF1 I only have paid VOD, on the M6 replay site, I'm asked to download a "player", but "download impossible", it's all a matter of agreements with the app owners and the TV brand, it's all about money, so not so smart these TVs, huh?... ;-(
And Arte came back some time ago... go figure...
As for getting the channels from the box via wifi... the sellers know how to sell, that's it... ;-(

To get the channels from your box, the only solution is to connect it to the TV with an HDMI cable and switch your TV to the corresponding input

Another solution, connect an antenna if you have one on the roof (individual house) or collective distribution (building)

Alright, thank you very much for your reply,
Unfortunately, I don’t have an antenna; do you think a decoder would work too?

Without an antenna, a decoder won't do better than a TV without an antenna,
The only solution is to connect the box via HDMI to the TV.

Yes, unfortunately.. except that I am on the third floor and the main TV is on the ground floor.
