Hello,
I'm back from vacation. I restarted the box and turned on my television.
On a white background, I noticed the presence of two bright spots (the two on the left in the photo). I then touched the notches with my hand, applying slight pressure, and two other white spots appeared on the right.
At the same time, I heard something like small pebbles falling from the screen, which are visible in the second photo.
Can anyone enlighten me? Could something have come loose?
Thank you!
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1

Exactly the same problem on a Philips TV. The issue appeared quite quickly (during hot days).
My response supports that of Pilou77789.
After carefully disassembling the entire screen to access the LEDs, it turned out that the plastic lenses were coming off.
The lenses are misaligned! The light is therefore no longer distributed uniformly (the uniformity is then heavily ensured by translucent plastic sheets located just in front of the liquid crystal panel.)
Each lens is held by 3 small rods that are melted from the back, acting as rivets.
These "rivets" break and the lens is no longer held by 2, or 1 point or... falls off!
In my case, more than 3/4 of the lenses were no longer holding correctly!
Then, a bit of meticulous work: gluing them with instant, quick, and powerful glue (cyanoacrylate glue)
After reassembling, the image is perfect.
Be careful when handling the very thin liquid crystal panel and wear gloves to avoid fingerprints.
Good luck -
