Randomly Rename Files

Hello,
I recently bought a digital photo frame and quickly realized that it reads the photos in the same order after turning it on, which is unfortunate when there are hundreds of them.
The device doesn't have a random function, otherwise, it would obviously be too easy.
My question is therefore as follows:
Is there any software capable of renaming files randomly without touching the extension? Bonus point: if such software exists, does it manage hundreds of files automatically?
