Hello,
I changed all the components of my PC, I wanted to add 16GB of RAM to reach 32GB, but when I install all 4 RAM sticks, my PC crashes and restarts all the time.
I have a:
Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Motherboard AMD B450 DDR4 Socket AM4
And my RAM sticks are:
HyperX - HX424C15FB2K2/16 - FURY DDR4 16GB 2x8 2400MHz (the one I currently have)
Crucial DDR4-2666MHz 16GB 2x8 UDIMM (the one I want to add)
The seller told me that even if the RAM has different MHz, it would still work and that it would just lower to the lowest MHz, so I don't understand why it doesn't work.
Thank you in advance for your responses.
