Unable to play videos - InstaGram

Hello, for the past few days I've had a big problem with my Instagram account on my Asus tablet; I can no longer watch videos or they start and stop very quickly. It's not a network issue and my account works perfectly on my iPhone. I've run several antivirus and antimalware checks but nothing is found. I don't know what to do anymore; your help would be greatly appreciated. Have a good evening everyone.

To start, do you have the latest Instagram update installed on your tablet?

Have you tried checking if deleting the app's cache resolves the issue?

First of all, thank you for your response. I have installed and reinstalled the app several times, so I apparently have the latest version, and when I clear the cache it works for 20 seconds and then starts bugging again.

What is the hardware configuration of your tablet?

Check the internal storage space of your tablet if it is not full.
