[SNAPCHAT] Can't open snaps

Hello,

I've been using Snapchat with a friend for quite a while, but since she changed her phone (Wiko Rainbow), I can no longer open her snaps... I receive them, I get a notification, but when I "press and hold" to view the snap, a "loading" icon appears and nothing happens, the message "Press & hold to see" reappears. We've already tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, changing accounts... but nothing has changed. She's experiencing the same problem with other friends, but not all of them.

I hope someone will have a solution or at least an explanation. Thank you in advance!

    If it can help someone:

    We found the solution, she just needed to free up her internal memory (make space by deleting unused apps, etc.) and uninstall/reinstall snap. Since then, it's working normally again!

      I have the same problem, my friend sent me a video snap and it says it's loading but I try again and it doesn't work. Can someone help me because the 1 on snap is annoying me lol. 1-> 1 message

        Me neither, it's not working. I even went so far as to reset my phone and it still doesn't work.
