Paper issue (CANON MG3600 series).

Hello, good evening!

So here it is, since last night, despite having paper in the paper tray of my printer, it refuses to print anything and an error message appears on my tablet saying there is no paper (knowing that the day before, I was able to print something without any issues with the same amount of paper). Anyway. I tried adding more paper to see if it would be detected by the printer, but that didn’t work. Then I tried the opposite and left very little paper, but again, nothing. So I went to seek help on the CANON website to see if the problem was with the rollers, and I followed this tutorial to do the roller cleaning ( https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/MG3600%20series/FR/BG/bg-maintenance2400.html ). After several attempts, it still didn’t work and my printer still indicates a lack of paper.

I'm here hoping that someone else has had the same problem as me and found a solution. Thank you in advance for your responses.

PS: Please keep in mind that I do not own a computer.

Look for the paper end detection probe (usually made of plastic). It may be broken or simply stuck...

Sometimes with the paper trays, the adjustment system according to the format is misaligned and doesn't send the information to the printer.
