Hello, I would like to know where the paper sensors are located in the tray of the Canon IR 2520 copier.
The problem is as follows: when I put paper in the tray, the copier doesn't detect anything; I even filled the tray with paper, but nothing works. I think it must be due to defective sensors. I have indeed examined the inside of the tray, but I can't seem to find these sensors, so if someone could help me in this regard, it would help me in my troubleshooting.
Best regards.

It is the paper detector in the cassette module that has shifted; you have two solutions for this problem:
- Dismantle the cassette module and reposition the detector. (Expert technician)
- Change your old cassette module for a new cassette module!

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
