Hello,
I have a small problem with my BROTHER DCP 330C printer for a few days now. I managed to print documents and then the next day, when I started a print job, the printer indicated that there was no paper even though the paper tray was full.
So I looked and realized that it was a problem with the paper sensor that is giving a false contact.
I would like to know if anyone has ever encountered this kind of problem, and how can I resolve it quickly and at a low cost since I have important papers to print for my Bac.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Best regards

Hello Laura.l
Have you found a solution to your problem, and if so, how did you proceed? I have the same issue with my HP PSC 2355 printer.

Not finding any solutions, I took him to a computer technician. Who "fixed" it for me for €60. I do mean "fixed" because it only needed to be cleaned inside.
Sorry I can’t help you more!
