Hello,
Since I switched to Windows 10, I can no longer print correctly in formats other than A4.
I make thank-you cards 15x15, or 106x210, etc., and it doesn’t work.
I have to print on A4 and then cut it by hand... not practical...
Especially since I've been printing this kind of correspondence for the association I manage for years, and it has always worked well.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer driver, but nothing changes.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
I’m printing with the Windows "Photos Microsoft" software; can I use something else?
Thank you very much in advance for your solution.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.90

    Hello,
this indeed comes from Windows 10, unfortunately you will not be able to choose the format that suits you each time, it seems you will have to go back through the Windows settings multiple times if you want to switch back to A4

Click on Start, point to Settings, and then click on Printers.
Right-click on the appropriate printer, then click on Properties.
Click on the Paper tab, then select the paper size you want to use in the Size box.
Click OK, then close the Printers folder.

Do you know if I can install another printing software? And what will the result be?

As additional software, I recommend PowerPoint which allows you to easily move elements to the desired format, and printing documents with the Office suite can be done without the manufacturer's software, directly sending the desired settings to the printer. Regarding the driver, did you install all the requested software or just the driver part?

I do a lot of things with Photoshop and I used to print from that software as well... but it doesn't work like it used to... I think I miss Windows 7 a little... but well, I'll get used to it, there's no reason not to! Thank you very much for your kindness.

It is more favorable to have only the strict minimum for the printer to be recognized as such by the system and not to have proprietary software that sends a request to the printer that Windows cannot process and makes it default to A4.
