EPSON STYLUS SX535WD printer printing poorly, low-quality prints

Hello,

My EPSON STYLUS SX535WD printer, which is a few years old, works quite well except for the poor print quality.

There are "fizzles" that appear on the copies, in black and white or in color.

I have tried all the cleaning options, cleaning nozzles, aligning heads, etc., but it is not improving.

Do you know if it can be repaired or if it is good to throw away?

Thank you!

    Sputtering?... What do you mean?
Do you use compatible cartridges or original ones?

You may have come across cartridges that are not quite compatible...
It only takes the ink to lack the desired fluidity for you to experience dropouts or leaks during the print head's pass...
To return to the original state, it would be necessary to empty the dampers of the head through numerous head cleanings, which will quickly saturate the recovery tank...
Given the prices of printers... I'm not sure it's worth it.

Some sort of horizontal lines, I would say. Like when a TV is "fuzzy" and the lines go from left to right, I'm not sure if that's very clear?

    I use compatible cartridges.
