Cab file mismatch problem

Bonjour, suite à l'achat de l'outil de diagnostic auto précisément : Lexia 3 PP2000. En effectuant l'installation qui ne se fait pas entièrement à cause : erreur CRC, ULP ne correspond pas au fichier dans le fichier .cab de l'assistant d'installation. Le support à partir duquel vous exécutez l'installation est peut-être altéré ; contactez votre revendeur de logiciel. Donc, suite à cela, j'ai copié le CD d'installation sur mon disque dur pensant que ce dernier était abîmé et le message me sort aussi, pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?

    The message means that the file is corrupted; no matter how many times you copy it, a damaged file remains a damaged file.

    Contact the seller for a solution.

      Ok, thank you for answering, so what you're telling me is that they messed up the software design, right? And is there no other option than to return the product, please?

        I didn't talk about the software design; it was either when they created the archive or during the burning process that there was a problem.

        Many years ago, I had a faulty RAM stick, and as a result, all the files I downloaded from the internet were corrupted. It took me a while to determine the source of the issue.
