Convert a zip file to exe

Hello,
I wanted to know if it's possible to convert a zip file into an exe file??
If so, what software is needed?

    You must first decompress it by right-clicking and selecting extract (winzip winrar 7zip Isarc quickzip).

      Thank you, and after extracting it, what should I do? Because there is no exe file when I extracted it.
