convert RAR file to CSO with WINRAR ZIP

I just downloaded a game for PSP in RAR format and I would like to know how to use WinRAR to transform it into CSO. I don't know how to use WinRAR, could you explain it to me step by step?
This is for my PSP. Thank you

Hello, you click on the archive and extract it to a folder of your choice, and then you will have an ISO file that needs to be compressed (with YACC for example...) to obtain a CSO file.

Il y a ajouter des fichiers à l'archive, tester les fichiers archivés et réparer l'archive. Je clique sur lequel dans le mail ? Il faut être précis et c'est quoi Yacc ?

Je ne comprends pas comment décompresser un fichier en zip ou rar pour le mettre en iso ou en cso.
