ANALYSE HIJACKTHIS S'il vous plait!!!!

Bonjour a tous, voila j'ai je ne sais comment attraper cette saloperie de virus ou quand je suis sur internet explorer une fenetre s'ouvre "centre de securité windows" qui me dit que j'ai des spywares bla bla bla, et aussi j'ai pleins de pub qui s'ouvre, bref vous savez de quoi il s'agit donc j'ai télécharger HIJACKTHIS, j'ai fais un rapport que voici:
