Hello,
My relatively new MacBook Air won't turn on anymore. Let me explain, for some time now it's been bugging out and I have to wait until it's fully charged to turn it back on, sometimes even waiting 1 or 2 more hours. But now it's been 3 days since it won't start at all. When I turn it on, it makes a small noise (the noise seems to come from inside and I think it's the normal sound of a Mac starting up), but a few seconds later I hear the same noise again and then nothing. Throughout all this, the screen remains black. I've also noticed that when I leave it unplugged and then plug it back in later, it has less battery since the LED on the charger that indicated it was fully charged is now orange, even though it should have been off and thus not losing battery. So I suspect there's a battery issue. I've already tried turning it on several times by pressing different keys suggested by the Apple website in case of a startup issue. I don't know what to do and I really want to improve the situation without having to repair it since it's still quite new.
Thank you in advance.
