Do you have the reference or link for this box?

Connecting to the antenna and FM transmitter, given the appearance, it doesn’t look like an FM transmitter and I don’t understand the story about connecting to the antenna.
In the case of false or incorrect vocabulary, who knows... only the reference of this box and the purpose you want will tell us.

If that's the case, you should make a temporary connection of your power supply to pin 11 connector A

Just pinch the wire and test:
> power on, case powered
> power off, case not powered
And see if this doesn't interfere with normal operation
(this checks if the power supply is sufficient for the case as well)

1 wire to one of your outlets that we want to measure

This will display about 12 volts when there is power on one wire and 0 volts if there is none.

Power off on the orange wire 10.5v
Gray wire 12.2v (only) with the power on
And yellow/green wire 0

So I need to connect to the gray wire for the positive of my box and to the yellow/green wire for the ground if I understand correctly

Hi, yes I know, however the sound via Bluetooth won't be as good quality, and the volume will be reduced.
I prefer this case, as you said, no interference from other stations or anything else, at least for my use, it's what suits me best.
