Hello,

Following I don't know what "manipulation" (maybe the attempt to use a wired mouse),
Windows at startup informs me that a driver is not installed correctly.

Through the device manager, I disable and then uninstall this Unknown Device but
no matter what, every time I start the PC, Windows tells me that a driver is not installed correctly.

What to do?

Thank you for your help and have a good Sunday
Michel

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 66.0

    Hello,

Give the hardware identification number of the Unknown Device
Look at this --> Find a device identification number
Post the number in your next message.

What's the brand and the exact model number of the PC?

    Windows 7, 8 or 10 and in 32 or 64 bits?

      Good evening,

This is an HP 625 running Windows 7 64-bit

The only information found in the device properties is
Windows has stopped this device because it has problems. (Code 43)

Thank you in advance for your help.
