Hello,
I have already noticed that a considerable number of threads have been created for this issue. However, none of the suggestions proposed on the forums have ever worked for me: a dead end every time. I'm talking about things like updating the driver, the fix for this problem ("the update does not concern your computer"), changing cables, or even turning off the computer and removing the battery, etc. ...! I’ve spent a total of 4 days trying to find a solution, and I want to emphasize that this problem concerns ONLY my controller: USB keys, etc. are perfectly recognized, and the problem persists on other computers in my home running Windows 7 and XP.
So here's my problem:
I bought a Gemini controller (CNTRL-7) a few months ago, which is connected via USB to a computer. I used it for a long time on a computer A, before using it only once on a computer B. Until then, no problem. Unfortunately, when I wanted to reuse the controller on computer A (a few weeks later), the device was not recognized by the computer (both computers A and B have Windows 7): in a subdirectory of "Universal Serial Bus controllers," in the device manager there is now a yellow triangle with "Unknown Device."
There you go, on the manufacturer’s side, I’m told that invoking the warranty will be of no use because "the problem comes from the operating system and not the product."
One last point, "The CNTRL-7 (and all Gemini products) are designed to work with any USB device without a specific driver. This means that the device does not require proprietary software drivers and works with any PC or Mac computer." Additionally, I tested 3-4 software programs like "SpeedMaxpro," which scan the computer and then propose to fix everything, only to find it funny because it claims free download, but in reality, we have to pay for the license to resolve the issues.
HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
