Heu bonjour
Voilà j'ai mon pc Lenovo IdeaPad 100s et le problème c'est qui m'affiche" Key recovery bitlocker "mais je ne connais pas cette clef je ne les pas cependant j'ai regardé des tuto et il le dise d'allé sur mon compte Microsoft malheureusement je connais plus mon compte comment faire

Merci de votre réponse mais je ne peux rien faire genre des que je démarre le pc j'arrive directement sur la page bleue ou c'est marqué Key recovery bitlocker

Et en plus je peux pas réinitialiser car il me dise qu'il manque un driver
