Hello,
I'm explaining my problem: my phone (iPhone 6s) suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason, so I went and bought a Huawei for 400€ at the Fnac store. However, two days later, my iPhone started working again...
I would like to return my phone and get a refund. I've only used the phone for 4 days; it's almost new, with no scratches and a complete box apart from the plastic. Is there a way to get a refund?
Thank you.

Hello,
If purchased in-store, no... No withdrawal possible.
The store can - but is under no obligation to - accept the phone back in exchange for store credit or a refund.
