Hello, I found the solution to your problem, which was mine...
1. Close Epic Launcher
-> hidden icons
-> right-click on the Epic Launcher logo
-> exit
2. Go to
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\
-> replace USERNAME with your PC username
3. Delete the "webcache" folder
4. Relaunch Epic Launcher
It worked for me.

3. Delete the "webcache" folder
4. Relaunch Epic Launcher
It worked for me.

Click the Windows key (at the bottom left of the keyboard, between CTRL and ALT).
Type this directly: %localappdata%
Enter
Look for the folder "EpicGamesLauncher" and open it.
Open the "saved" folder
Delete the "Webcache" folder
If the webcache folder cannot be deleted, it means the application is still open. To close it, see the post above.
Let me know if it works for you.
