Hello,
I have a problem when I launch the Rockstar Games Launcher to play GTA 5; a loading screen appears and it says "Connecting to Rockstar Games services," then it freezes and gets stuck on the image. When I click on it, I get an error message: "Rockstar Games Launcher is not responding." It then offers me to close the program or wait. If I wait, nothing changes, and if I close the program, it says "The Rockstar Games Launcher has exited unexpectedly." Please visit https://support.rockstargames.com/fr/ for more information. There's no need to tell you that I didn't find anything on the site; I've tried everything, uninstalling the launcher and the setup to uninstall GTA 5, but nothing works.

Hello,
I had the same problem, nothing on the internet to help, I solved the issue this way:
Open the task manager, go to the services tab, search for Rockstar Service, right-click then start it, and then relaunch the launcher.
For me, that resolved my issue.
