Hello
I would like to know if we buy Tomorrowland passes on Viagogo, how we receive the bracelets and what to do to activate them?
Thank you

Hello,
I bought my ticket last year via Viagogo for a Tomorrowland evening.
I indeed received “pre-tickets” printed in another name (something like client “X1DH50V”).
On site, there are counters to exchange the “pre-tickets” for wristbands. They just ask for your ID to register, but there is no check between your ticket name and your ID name, so no problem.-

Yes, I think it's something like that. I was stressed until the very last moment... like, a week before I finally printed the tickets, but I wasn't reassured at all seeing that, on one hand, they weren't "real tickets" (like pre-sale tickets...) and on the other hand, with the customer name "Xhdgs827"... I had also bought tickets for 2 girlfriends, and we all went together thinking it was really uncertain if it would work... But on-site, no problem!! ???? As mentioned earlier, there were special windows to exchange these tickets for "real wristbands", without checking the name assigned to the ticket.
They just ask for an ID to get your wristband. -

Hello,
Since this morning, I've been waiting for the same answer… because everything is vague here!
The Tomorrowland website tells me that I need to check with the seller's site but specifies:
Please note that if the name on the ticket does not match the one on the ID, the organization reserves the right to deny access.
Please contact the website where you purchased the tickets for your questions.
Best regards, Tomorrowland.
The VIAGOGO site responds with this:
As previously explained, buyers will receive an electronic ticket per person.
On the day of the event, you will need to exchange your printed ticket for a wristband at the festival box office, located at the main entrance of Tomorrowland or at Entrance 1 of Dreamville.
You must present the passport of each person wishing to attend the event in order to exchange each ticket for wristbands (photocopies of passports will not be accepted).
Note: Tomorrowland is an event reserved for persons aged 18 and over.
Best regards,
Good luck! -
No, you will receive a ticket in someone else's name who has put their places for sale on Viagogo. With your E-ticket, you will need to present your ID to get the wristband. This is somewhat contradictory to what Tomorrowland announces about personalized tickets...
Here is Viagogo's response;
Your ticket will likely have a different name, however this will not pose any problem.
Viagogo guarantees every order.
Buyers will receive their tickets on time before the event in any case. In the very rare cases where a problem arises, Viagogo will provide a ticket of equal or greater value or, if that is not possible, will offer a full refund.
Sellers are assured they will be paid for the tickets sold.
We guarantee this by:
- monitoring that the seller delivers the sold tickets
- using the best delivery services
- only paying sellers once the buyer has been able to attend the event
It is because we offer safe and reliable services that many leaders in the world of sports and music have decided to partner with us.
Sincerely, -
Viagogo sells for the people.
You are in the same situation as me.
I paid for my tickets also on Viagogo ;-) -
Hello! What happens if we buy a bracelet for someone else who isn't going?

I bought a ticket for a girl who had purchased it on Viagogo; I don't have the proof of payment. Is that serious? Thank you.
