Hello*

I bought tickets for a football match in Madrid, but with all the comments I've seen, I'm starting to get really scared. I've already bought the plane tickets and reserved the hotel. What do you think I should do? Thank you.

I do not recommend viagogo at all. Personally, I received my tickets, but honestly, waiting 48 hours before the event to be sure to attend is not great... Plus, their story about the seller not receiving the tickets until 2 weeks before is not true. It depends on the seller's reliability. For my part, the seller lent us his season ticket to go watch the match. He could have sent them to us earlier, but still. Even though everything went well despite a terrible follow-up, I do not recommend this site at all.

I went to the PNL concert with tickets purchased on this site and the tickets were invalid, it's a scam.

Run away from this site! They are real scammers. They don't understand that a purchase act is a contract and that, for example, when the date of the concert you bought changes, regardless of the reason, the contract becomes void and a refund to the buyer is mandatory (if the buyer requests it, of course). They will respond that their T&Cs state otherwise, but in a country governed by law like France, the law, the commercial code, takes precedence over any T&Cs. The law even provides for a fine in case of a refusal to refund, but what can you do against a company that has no headquarters in France?

Run away from Viagogo! Run from them! At the slightest problem, they will rob you!!!
