Hello,
I would like to connect my speakers

to my LG TV

Knowing that I plan to connect my PC to my TV via HDMI. My speakers are equipped with male RCA cables, red and white, and my TV has female RCA jacks (also red and white). But it doesn't work, there is no sound... Yet my speakers work when connected to the headphone jack of my PC.

    Hello,
"my TV has female RCA jacks (red and white too). But it doesn't work"
And for good reason, those are inputs, not outputs...;-(
Your TV has a headphone output (female jack 3.5) and your speakers have an RCA input
Buy a jack-to-RCA cable like this:

You plug the jack into the headphone output of the TV and the other end into the RCA input of the speakers
The TV volume should not be too high => saturation of the speakers' input => sound distortion, you need to find a sweet spot to be above the noise but not saturate, the best is to set the speakers' volume quite high, advantage: you adjust the volume with the TV remote...;)

Crap, I think this TV doesn't have a headphone jack, can you confirm?

    Hello,
Your television has only one optical digital audio output.
The Hercules active speakers, on the other hand, have an RCA input.
The solution involves a digital optical to RCA converter and the associated optical and RCA cables
    example

This USB-powered converter will need to be connected to a USB port on the television

Especially when it is not there...

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me, I didn't think I would need to buy yet another converter... But thank you very much!
