Bootable Medicat USB won’t start

Hello,
I installed Medicat on my USB drive using Rufus (on an MBR partition compatible with BIOS or UEFI-CSM), then I went into my PC's BIOS, enabled UEFI-CSM, disabled secure boot, and set the USB drives at the top of the boot list. I then started my PC, and it doesn't boot from my USB (I have Windows 10 Home).
I tested it on a virtual machine using the Medicat ISO file and it worked normally!!! (Ubuntu machine).
Does anyone have any idea why this isn't working on my PC?
Thank you

Hello,

To do it right, you should test the boot from the USB key on another PC. Because when you test the ISO on a virtual machine, it's not the key you're testing.

Also try a classic boot (not UEFI) in the BIOS.

Thank you for your response,
I therefore tested the classic startup (I don't have another computer on hand today), without success.

I also found in the UEFI boot program list a USB HARD DISK, which booted the mini Windows installer on my USB stick along with Medicat.
The problem is that I don't have access to the Medicat menu, the menu that allows, among other things, to start mini Windows or a mini Linux OS.
