Hello, (05/12/2018)
Who can give me the solution regarding the replacement of ink pads that can only be done at an EPSON center? Is there any other possibility since there are only a few of these centers and it's quite lucky if you have one near your home. I am 200 km away from the nearest one. The pads are not available for sale, they are not removable, and my 2-year-old printer is blocked... I would prefer to avoid the dump.
Thank you.

Hello;
If you haven't found other solutions, I suggest you try WIC Reset Utility >> Here, taking the Free version that allowed solving a similar problem >> Here >> See comment #10
The operation consists of resetting the ink counter to zero
Edit >> Not sure if this will work with this printer... but it’s worth trying if there are no other solutions!
Catch you later for your upcoming comments: But if none >> Topic resolved
Best regards

The Planet and I thank you "jmarion 3", I managed to get my Epson XP-530 printer, which had been displaying the error message E11 "ink pad is full / Contact Epson", back up and running by downloading WIC Reset Utility and entering the TRIAL password.
I had previously downloaded the SSC Service Utility for Epson, but that's for Stylus and not for premium expressions!
I was about to buy a new printer while this one was working perfectly fine!
If the machine is asking you to replace the recovery tank, it's because there is a risk that it will overflow.. And when that happens, the ink is a real mess that's not easy to get rid of..!!
