My Epson XP-510 printer is displaying an error message E11 - ink pad at the end of its life
Where and how can I get it replaced? I live in Oise.

You can do it yourself; there are utilities online, often paid, but you also need to change or clean the ink cartridges, otherwise it doesn't make sense.
You can also bring your machine to an authorized Epson center; the operation is covered for free by the manufacturer even if your printer is no longer under warranty.

Resetting the counters to zero is only part of the problem, you also need to change the ink pads if you don't want the ink to leak from the bottom of the printer.
This operation is provided free of charge by Epson at repair centers even if your printer is no longer under warranty.
