Hello,
I have error e11 that appears on my printer indicating that the ink pad is at the end of its service life. I have done some research to solve this issue and everyone talks about the SSC Service Utility. However, it is only for Epson Stylus while I have the Expression Premium XP 510 printer. So I don’t know what to do. Epson offered to fix this problem for free by bringing it to an Epson repair center, but that is way too far from my home.
I even tried to reset it to factory settings but I can’t because, again, everyone talks about reset methods for Stylus but not for the XP.
