Hello,

My keyboard is no longer recognized...

In the settings, it asks me for a PIN code that I don't have!!!

It's hard to work without a keyboard!!!

    Good evening,

    For the PIN code, it cannot be guessed, even less so than you...

    However, you can probably place an on-screen keyboard by maneuvering with the mouse.. Be sure to read the manual for your PC carefully.

    Actually, I don’t have a mouse but a trackpad... on the keyboard... which doesn’t work...

      Why make it simple when you can make it complicated...!

      You can find a plain mouse for under 5 euros at a supermarket, which plugs into USB and that'll do the trick for you... but the forum doesn't provide it..

    I saw that disassembling the keyboard and removing the battery might solve the problem, but after removing the screws, I can't open the keyboard. I don't want to force it....

      The keyboard should not open; it comes off entirely. Be careful, there is a ribbon cable underneath in the form of plastic film... do not break it.
      But yes, sometimes you have to push a bit; the snapping is common in this equipment.

    For the technical part:

    it's a separate dock. I removed the screws but can't open it

    Regarding installation

    It shows "input keyboard" then I have to enter a PIN code that should appear but doesn't!!

    I'm desperate!! Who's going to provide me with this damn code??
