TV Haier in store mode and no remote control

Hello,

I have a HAIER television - LET39C810HF.

Due to a mistaken operation, my TV is stuck in store mode, the buttons below the screen are unresponsive, and as if that weren't enough, my remote control (which is not the original one: Metronic zap 3) doesn't seem to be connected to the TV anymore!

How can I switch back to home mode?
I'm completely lost...

Is there, please, anyone who can help me?

      I did check the discussion, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem.

      Does what you call the "front panel" refer to the buttons below the screen? If so, they are not responding anymore...
      What should I do in that case?

      Whoa! Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug it back in.

      Is it that serious?
      The buttons are unresponsive but the "power switch" at the corner of the screen works...

      I already tried unplugging the power outlet and everything else, but nothing. The store mode persists and seems to have literally paralyzed my TV...
