Hello, Could I know how to find the code, which is logically in the SCHNEIDER television manual, thank you in advance  Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

As mentioned earlier, not all so-called universal remotes work with every TV
and a remote with a specific reference for one SCHNEIDER model will not work on another SCHNEIDER TV
so please provide me with the reference of your TV (exact reference, or otherwise serial number)
and the reference of the remote
I think you might not have the right one! Money wasted!

what code is it about?
generally there is no code for the remote control if it's the original one or a compliant replacement for the original
if you purchased a universal remote control, it's different
the codes are usually indicated on the back of the box or on a sheet inside the blister
but not all universal remotes are compatible with all TV models from the same brand either.
if it's the TV code you need, like the PIN code for setting channels, that's something else entirely.

otherwise there is another simple solution: since this tv must be about 2 years old, contact your customer service who should be able to provide you with an original remote.
