Remote control issue with SCHNEIDER television

what code is it about?
generally there is no code for the remote control if it's the original one or a compliant replacement for the original
if you purchased a universal remote control, it's different
the codes are usually indicated on the back of the box or on a sheet inside the blister
but not all universal remotes are compatible with all TV models from the same brand either.
if it's the TV code you need, like the PIN code for setting channels, that's something else entirely.

Alright, so I bought a Temium universal remote and no code works with a SCHNEIDER television.

otherwise there is another simple solution: since this tv must be about 2 years old, contact your customer service who should be able to provide you with an original remote.
