Haier TV issues

Hello everyone, here’s my problem: I have a Haier LED TV of 81 cm model LE32C800C, and since this morning the TV has been on for 10 minutes and suddenly, the screen goes black and there’s no sound. This lasts for 2 to 3 seconds, then the screen and sound return to normal, and then it happens again intermittently 3 to 4 times in a row. It calms down and then starts again. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?

    Hello and welcome,
    Try unplugging the power supply, waiting for a quarter of an hour, and then plugging it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Sorry, but without a remote control, it will be difficult. See if you can access the menu with the manual buttons.
