HP printer printing halfway

Hello,
I bought an HP Envy 4525 printer just two weeks ago. It was printing perfectly until today: now, when I start a print job from my computer (I'm on Windows 10...), it prints the document halfway (meaning on half of the page ...), sometimes twice even though I only requested one copy, and sometimes it cancels the print midway, without me asking it to... The problem is the same whether I print in black and white or in color...
However, it copies perfectly and I can also print perfectly from my mobile phone...
What should I do???

    Hello,

    Try printing or scanning from a smartphone or another PC?

    If the problem persists, use the warranty

      As indicated in my post, it works from my smartphone and yes, obviously, if no tested solution works, I will invoke the warranty...

      In that case, update the drivers under Windows! Or reinstall them... Or reset the Print Spooler service

      If it works well on a smartphone, that eliminates the hardware cause.
