Printer that prints only halfway

Hello,
Who could help me please, I have an Epson 3650 printer and it only prints half of the page lengthwise!!!

    your ink is no longer activated, to do this, long press (5 sec I think) on the button of your printer: ink ....
    then wait for it to reset
