Hello everyone,
I have a little issue with my HP Envy 5540 printer. I can make copies with the scanner and the printing works very well, but when I try to print a document from my computer, the printer only spits out blank sheets. I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work.

Hello,
Generally, when you have only one function instead of all the expected ones from a multi-function printer, it's either due to a version change or an operating system update, or due to the degradation of the driver.
In both cases, it's important to go to the manufacturer's website, download and install the driver (if it exists or the closest version) that corresponds to the version of Windows being used.
