Download directly to the SD card

Hello, I have a Samsung J3 and I have a small problem. My internal memory is almost full, so I can’t install anything on it anymore. However, I have an SD card (installed and properly detected) that is completely empty. Nevertheless, when I try to download applications, they still want to install on the internal memory. My question is, how can I change the download path for the Play Store so that applications are downloaded directly to the SD card?

Hello,

It's at the phone level that things are happening.
The SD card needs to be formatted as internal memory.

I'm giving you 2 links that may help you:

Read what Papounet wrote: he clearly explains the problem and the possible difficulties.

I had already tried to format it internally, the problem being that I have no choice between internal and external:

It is possible that the J3 does not allow formatting on internal memory.

However, it is possible that some applications can be moved individually.
You need to go to Settings > Applications
Click on an application and go to Storage and then choose "Change".

This is not guaranteed since I do not have a J3 and I am giving the menus from the A5 (with a bit of luck, they are the same).
