Hello

I bought a magnetic support case for Huawei P20 Lite and the back cover has cracked even though I've only had it since September 21st. I sent a message and got no response because they claim it must have fallen and generously offered 30% off if I reorder one (is this a way to retain customers??). I argued that their video praised the product as super durable, and that their "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" policy was clearly stated, but nothing works; I won't get a refund!
Has anyone else experienced the same issue??
For comparison, I had a similar problem with a case purchased on AMAZON and they refunded me without any hassle!!

Hello,
I ordered this magnetic case for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on July 22 and have never received it.
I have already made several complaints and still nothing despite having paid. This is unacceptable!!
I have just taken action with a consumer association.
It's too easy for them to respond "the package has been delivered"!!!
I am not going to give them a good reputation!

Indeed, I highly discourage purchases from storydeals!
I ordered a phone case that did not suit me once received. I sent an email to customer service to ask for the return procedure. I was asked to send photos of my phone and the case to understand what was wrong and what the issue was with the case. I replied that I was simply dissatisfied with the product and pointed out that in their T&Cs under the section "satisfied or refunded," it stated that it was possible to return a product within 15 days of receipt and get a refund. I then received no further response. I tried the same request via the contact form, and exactly the same thing happened: a first response asking what was wrong, then no more response when I mentioned the T&Cs. Now, the 15 days have passed and I have lost 28 euros. Their methods are unbearable! Avoid at all costs!!

I think this site is a scam and misleading! Order not received after a month and a half, Very difficult to get a response on their site and when I do get one, they ask me to be patient regarding the delivery… A very vague response indeed!

It is preferable to go through PayPal when you buy something online. That way, there is a neutral intermediary to avoid this kind of thing.

I went through Paypal and since I still haven't received my order (since December 10th), I am waiting for a refund. But these dishonorable people claim they have sent my order, so Paypal is verifying it and it's taking a long time! I’m afraid I will never see my money again. They can keep their order, but at least I want my refund. I hope I can count on Paypal.

Continuation and end of the story: thank you Paypal, thanks to them I was able to get refunded, but it takes a long time. As for Storydeals, nothing. A real scam, stay away.

Hello, I am a victim of this site. I placed an order on August 5th. I live in the North of France, and I have no tracking information for my order. When I emailed them, they replied that the shipment had been made and that I should allow 20 days! I paid via PayPal. 20 days to deliver a case that comes from the province! No tracking number, no customer service! Is there anyone who can shut down this fraudulent site?! Theft and extortion are offenses punishable by law! One would think my case is being made in Antarctica! I will request a refund from PayPal and report the site at the same time.... Beware, beware, and quickly!

They did not send me the ordered model. The case received does not correspond at all to what I expected.
Purchase in March 2020,
they refuse the return or the refund.
Fraudulent site, impossible to reach them by phone.

Hello,
I also bought a magnetic case for the Huawei P20 Lite.
Firstly, I waited 6 weeks before receiving the product,
secondly, the case significantly reduces internet/phone reception (even though it was stated otherwise on their site!)
Moreover, it broke after the second drop (from about 50cm...).

I contacted their customer service, but they refuse to refund me (even if I send the case back).
They engage in false advertising, sell products well above their worth, and refuse any discussion.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Moreover, we find them on other "Chinese" sites for less than €5 that work perfectly and are delivered in less than 10 days! Never again StoryDeals! I strongly discourage it .... unfortunately, with the explosion of online shopping, there will always be sites like this, and yes, it's also my fault for having ordered this piece for €28 when we can find the same ones for 4 times less...

Hello, I also think it's a scam or even a clear theft... I'm still waiting nearly 2 months after my order and have only received one response to my numerous emails... asking me to be patient!! They are unable to give me a shipping date and now they don't even respond anymore, and curiously their advertising has disappeared from Facebook!! They will probably come back under another business name! So BEWARE.

I ordered a case for my smartphone, no tracking, and they say you have to wait 10 to 20 days for delivery... as if they're making the items by hand..
For this type of purchase, it's better to choose online sales professionals: Amazon, Cdiscount, etc...

Hello,
I ordered a case for the S10, I received it, but one detail escaped my notice: there is no glass on the front.
So it is completely useless compared to a rubber case, yet three times more expensive.
At GSM55, there is a full one for the same price. I can only blame myself; I didn’t see this "detail".
Since promotional products cannot be returned... clever :-(

I ordered a shockproof, magnetic S20 Ultra 5G case... according to their website, it's hard to do better. Dust easily gets between the case and the phone. After 15 days, marks appeared and the worst part is they damaged my screen. Yes, the claims service is very responsive, but that's where it stops. I exceeded the 15-day period. Surely the problem appeared afterwards. I'm stuck with the costs.

The famous case on story is a huge ***** a total scam I ordered I waited 3 weeks to get it and when I received it NOTHING LIKE THE VIDEO the magnets don't even hold SERIOUSLY A WASTE OF MONEY and it doesn't protect anything at all

I bought an antenna from STORYDEALS because I don't have an antenna socket in my bedroom. I just installed a television, and I didn't want to run a long antenna wire from the living room socket. So I opted for this indoor antenna.

The installation is very simple, good quality. I live outside of a big city in a village, and the antenna is located 25 kilometers away as the crow flies. So the reception and amplification of the signal are managed quite well.

Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I recommend this store.

1 month after placing and paying for the order, and after several follow-ups: the order still hasn't been prepared.
COVID is a good excuse for some unscrupulous sellers to pocket funds and delay sending the goods... if they are ever sent at all. SCANDALOUS.

Same as you, friends, my phone case took almost 2 months to arrive!! And not without effort, after 2 emails, etc... these people are ******!!! Forget this **** site!!!

I also ordered a case for Samsung S10, after more than a month of waiting, they supposedly tried to deliver it to me but claimed my address was incorrect and the tracking indicated that the product was returned, that the French Post destroyed it, and they offer to send me another one while asking me to pay again for the shipping costs. I’m trying to negotiate, but they’re ghosting me. In my opinion, it’s a fraudulent site and a low-level scam.

I got scammed for Christmas; the case that arrived was nothing like the one I ordered, and the only solution found by customer service is to send me another case, which will presumably be of equally poor quality, and I'm going to receive it in about 20 days. GREAT for Christmas!!!
