Creating your own WiFi from Wifirst WiFi

Hello,
I’m in a student residence and the Internet service provider is Wifirst. You have to log in via your email address and password on a portal.
I bought a Chromecast yesterday, but it does not offer this portal for logging in, so it's impossible (confirmed after calling Chromecast and Wifirst customer service). I saw that someone else had the same issue on this forum and that someone replied:
«
1- Equipment: It’s about buying an access point that will connect to Wifirst and broadcast via its SSID
2- Software: It’s about installing software on your PC that will share this connection and broadcast it with the same wifi card of the PC, and I recommend Connectify Hotspot. »

I prefer to buy an access point rather than using my computer. However, I don’t know anything about it, so I need concrete references. Or other solutions! :)
Personal wifi would also allow for more security, wouldn’t it?

Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

Hi,
you have to forget this kind of wifi access; it only allows machines equipped with a browser to connect, and the connection cannot be shared because each user machine must have an account.
There's no point in wasting your time on that just to watch TV.
