Displaying the UEFI BIOS Utility - Advanced Mode During Startup

Hello,  I couldn't find any recent posts addressing my issue that work in my case, so I’m going to make this post.  I have an Asus PC running Windows 10, and today while my PC was performing the latest update, it crashed. I turned it back on, and at startup, "UEFI BIOS Utility - Advanced Mode" appeared. I tried to restart it, but UEFI BIOS keeps showing up. Then I clicked on "restore optimal values," but that doesn't seem to have worked either.  I have no idea what to do; I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, and I'm afraid of losing all the contents of my computer by doing something wrong.  If someone can help me find a solution, thank you in advance!

Hi,  I think your Windows 10 has crashed.  Do you have another PC on hand?

I don't have much time to explain right now, but you can download the AOMEI PE Builder program and create a WinPE USB drive to copy your data elsewhere.  https://www.ubackup.com/pe-builder.html  Also, checking the disk with CHKDSK /F can be done from the same USB drive or with the Windows installer by selecting Repair command prompt  Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu  The key to press:  https://www.malekal.com/liste-touches-acces-bios-boot-menu-constructeur/  Download the tool to create a USB installation drive to reinstall Windows.  (No need to format, if there are files, they will be found in a Windows.old folder)  [French France] https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10  [French Canada] https://www.microsoft.com/fr-ca/software-download/windows10  If you already have the Windows ISO file, you can create your USB drive with Rufus  Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu  Choose "Custom installation" (Not upgrade)  Install on the same partition, or alternatively, delete all system partitions and create a new one (This will erase the data).

The AOMEI key, did you create it in GPT for EFI like the one for Windows?  Unless your BIOS is in CSM and Legacy mode  It should boot either one in principle.  If you install Windows on the same partition without formatting, the data is not deleted, but copied to a Wimdows.old folder.
