Displaying the UEFI BIOS Utility - Advanced Mode During Startup

Hello,

I couldn't find any recent posts addressing my issue that work in my case, so I’m going to make this post.

I have an Asus PC running Windows 10, and today while my PC was performing the latest update, it crashed. I turned it back on, and at startup, "UEFI BIOS Utility - Advanced Mode" appeared.
I tried to restart it, but UEFI BIOS keeps showing up. Then I clicked on "restore optimal values," but that doesn't seem to have worked either.

I have no idea what to do; I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, and I'm afraid of losing all the contents of my computer by doing something wrong.

If someone can help me find a solution, thank you in advance!

    Hi,

I think your Windows 10 has crashed.

Do you have another PC on hand?
