Recover deleted messages on Facebook Messenger

Hello,

I'm trying to recover deleted messages from my Facebook account for the past 5 days, but when I download the generated file, it only contains the non-deleted messages.

This is very important, if you have any ideas

    Hello

    To recover your deleted conversations on Facebook:
    • Check the Archived Conversations and Trash folders to see if the deleted messages are there.


    If you can't find them, here’s what you can do:
    • Open your personal profile
    • Click on Settings (arrow at the top right)
    • In "General," scroll down the list and select "Download a copy of your data"
    • Click on "Create my archive" and confirm once again.


    An archive containing all your messages, including those that have been deleted, will be sent to you by email.
