Xbox one won't turn on anymore

Hello, here is my problem:

Two months ago, my Xbox suddenly turned off, and since then I haven't been able to turn it back on for more than 2 minutes :/

The little LED lights up, it beeps just fine, but nothing happens. Sometimes it turns on, starts, but then turns off again after 2 minutes.

I sent the power supply and the Xbox for repair, they sent everything back to me saying it was good, but I'm still having the same problem..

I noticed there is an update to be done on the Xbox, but I can't download it knowing that the Xbox can't stay on ^^'

My question is as follows: what could it be? Problem with the power supply? With the Xbox? With the update to be made?
And if someone has had this issue and managed to resolve it, I would appreciate it ^^

    Hello,

    Is your console still under warranty? If so, I suggest you contact the seller.

    I tend to think it's more of a hardware issue, but I can't guarantee anything.

      Thank you for your response.

      Yes, it is still under warranty, but it's a manufacturer's warranty. I first sent the power supply unit, then the console, which they "changed" (because in my opinion, they reset the console to factory settings but didn't touch anything hardware-wise).

      Get in touch with the contractor; your file should still be open for a new request and to actually explain the problem to them so that it is genuinely taken into account.

        Already done, they tell me they will call me back when they know if it's the power supply or the console that is responsible for the problem, so I can send it back to them, etc.
        The thing is, it's going to take a good three months for them to send everything back, and I’m not even sure it will work ^^’
